Requirements:
· 5+ years experience commercial landscape construction (hardscape and softscape)
· Provide field level supervision, training and hands on leadership for crews
· Basic survey/Laser Plane skills required
· Ability to build from construction drawings
· Capable of operating under numerous and varied job site situations
· Self-motivated and able to motivate crew members
· Must have valid drivers license
· Standard First Aid, Ground Disturbance (Training Provided)
Functions:
· Communicate with superintendents to plan crew, equipment, and materials for jobsites
· Manage a crew efficiently, delegate tasks and monitor productivity
· Obey and carry out proper safety procedures and documentation
· Recordkeeping of employee hours, equipment hours, task coding, and production values
