Requirements:
· Basic machine operation skills, skid steer, tractor
· 1+ years experience commercial landscape construction
· Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods of time under various weather conditions
· Capable of using necessary hand and power tools to perform assigned tasks
· Self-motivated and able to motivate crew members
· Must have valid Drivers License
· Standard First Aid (Training Provided)

Functions:
· Planting trees and shrubs
· Maintain clean job site, general appearance of site
· Operate company vehicles, equipment, hand and power tools
· Recordkeeping of work hours
· Perform minor equipment repairs and service on site when necessary
· Communicate with the public in a courteous manner
