Requirements:
· 3+ years Skid Steer experience
· Must be capable of finish grading topsoil
· Must be able to interpret survey stakes
· Standard First Aid, Ground Disturbance (Training Provided)
· Capable of operating under numerous and varied job site situations
· Must have valid drivers license

Functions:
· Load trucks, excavation, and finished grading
· Obey and carry out proper safety procedures and documentation
· Recordkeeping of work hours and minor equipment maintenance
· Some manual labour
