Rough Grading	Site Grading (16 Ha) cut / fill Trucking surplus materials on and off-site Swale construction
Subgrade Preparation / Stabilization	Subgrade Preparation as required (5,900m2)
Topsoil Stripping and Stockpiling, and Grading	Topsoil removal stockpiling and placement at final grade (16 Ha)
