Large Urban Park site and Open Space Park Facility, Dual Functioning as a SWMF for flash flooding as well as for a school ground track and field / soccer and baseball pitch facility c/w concrete amphitheater and asphalt walkways |
Key Challenges: |
Specialized drainage layer below a specialized topsoil mix was utilized preventing any heavy equipment use for mass grading efforts. All equipment used was low weight track equipment to prevent damage to sub level drainage systems. |

- Construction of 3 reinforced concrete inlet outlet structures w/ steel grating and man access
- 21 lm of concrete seating

- Supply and Installation of submersible low pressure transducer
- Construction of monitoring station control cabinet with electrical components
- Setup and implementation of monitoring station to City’s SCADA system
- Remove and relocate existing power, Shaw Cable, Shaw Fibre, and Telus phone services

- Baseball Backstops, Soccer Goals, Players Benches, T-Bollards c/w piles, running track, long jump pits / take off boards.
