Description:	Alberta's first state-of-the-art twin synthetic field athletic park. Each field has spectator seating for more than a thousand, on a 22-acre fully landscaped site.	Key Challenges:	Numerous challenges including wet soil conditions, site grading issues, tight timelines, building facility construction issues, winter construction, artificial turf installation process and detail design issues.
